Las Brisas: Latin fusion Cuisine

 

The food of Las Brisas comes from the exotic shores of Mexico, South America, American Southwest, Spain, Caribbean with Mediterranean influence. We are the first Latin fusion cuisine in Colorado. Most of our dishes are gluten free and we have many vegetarian options.

 

Start with a bowl of guacamole prepared right at your table side, complemented with one of our dynamite Margaritas and our versatile tapas such as coconut shrimp, lamb chops, bacon wrapped shrimp, beef tips in red wine and balsamic reduction, Carnitas, and green lip mussels served in white wine butter capers and chopped tomatoes sauce

 

For your main course, choose from many seafood selections such as fresh Mediterranean Salmon, fresh Mahi Mahi Salteado and Shrimp Scampi, or sink your teeth into our Chipotle BBQ Ribs, Pepper Roasted Pork Tenderloin, or Charbroiled Yucatan Lamb.

 

Want a true classic of Spanish cuisine? have our Paella, a delicious saffron rice seafood mixture with mussels, shrimp, scallops,calamari with Spanish sausage and chicken in tomato sauce.

 

In the mood for Mexican cuisine? Try a Chimichanga, Enchiladas De Mariscos, Crispy Rellenos, burritos, tacos, flautas…you get the idea?!

 

La Brisas’s dishes feature a variety of sauces, such as Jalapeno Cream, Lobster Bisque, Tomatillo, Chipotle cream, roasted bell peppers and Mango chutney

 

For something special on Friday and Saturday nights, come in for the Spanish Prime Rib rubbed with chipotle pepper seasoning and Au Jus, served with baked potato and grilled asparagus. Great Chipotle BBQ Ribs are also available on Friday and Saturday as well as a world class clam chowder served as a cup or bowl. Many of our regulars have been coming for years just for those specialties.
